Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you are agreeing and accepting the terms stated below.
These are subject to change in any moment.

GENERAL TERMS

  • I have every right to decline your commission.

  • Commissions are for non-commercial use unless stated otherwise (commercial fee must be discussed and payed).

  • Please do not spam me with multiple texts, everyday.

  • Clear references are a must.

  • Giving public credit isn't necessary, but very much appreciated!

WILL DRAW

  • Original/Fan Characters

  • Animals and furries

  • Fanart

  • Lewd (only if i feel comfortable enough)

WILL NOT DRAW

  • Hardcore NSFW

  • Heavy armor/mecha

  • Wrinkles

  • Hardcore gore

PAYMENT

  • Payment via PayPal ONLY. I will send you the needed invoice.

  • All prices are in USD.

  • All commissions must be payed first half upfront, second half when it's done.

  • Once 50% of the commission is done, refunds become nonnegotiable.

PROCCESS

  • I won't start working on your commission until the first payment is complete.

  • I will need clear references/details.

  • When your sketch is done, I will send it to you for approval.

  • Drastic changes won't be made after the lineart is finished.

  • Once everything is complete, I will send the commission via Email or Discord.

USAGE POLICY AND COPYRIGHT

I (nyawolfe) own all the rights to my artwork and your commission. Therefore, I have every right to use it however, wherever and whenever I want. This also means that you, the client, are not allowed to use your commissions for profitable/commercial use.

Commercial fees start over 50% of the total price, but this may vary depending on the project.

commisioners are allowed to:

  • Edit their own commission as long as it's not drastic and they've asked for my permission beforehand. (be respectful!)

  • Use their commissions to promote themselves (as icons and/or graphics for their social media) with PROPER credit.

  • Have their emotes animated by another artist.

  • Print their commission for personal use.

commissioners are not allowed to:

  • Take credit for the artwork.

  • Alter the artwork without my consent.

  • Use and/or reproduce my copyrighted artwork commercialy unless agreed upon.

Violating the copyright infringement, in any way, will result in you, the client, losing all and any right you had from the drawing. You won't be able to commission me ever again, and you will be publicly exposed so other artists can stay safe.
